These Terms of Purchase explain the conditions applicable when you place an order through our online store. They cover product information, order submission, payment, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  • Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping

  • Shipping charge: $20.00 USD.

  • Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders totaling $29.00 USD or more.

  • Shipping charge: Free.

  • Estimated transit time: 10–15 business days after dispatch.

The free shipping offer applies to qualifying orders using the free shipping method. It does not represent an expedited service.

The available shipping options and applicable charges will be presented during checkout.

Customers should review their selected shipping service and final order total before confirming payment.

5. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

The processing period includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and dispatch coordination.

Estimated delivery times begin after the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change an order or request cancellation, please contact service@avytrron.com as soon as possible.

We will check whether the order can still be updated or stopped before dispatch.

Once fulfillment has progressed or the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is successfully confirmed before dispatch:

  • No cancellation fee will be charged;

  • The full amount paid will be refunded;

  • Any shipping charge originally paid will be included;

  • The refund will be submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

For orders that have already been dispatched, customers may request an eligible return after delivery.

7. Returns and Eligibility

Eligible purchases may be submitted for return within 90 calendar days from the delivery date, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For preference-based returns, products should generally remain unused, unopened where applicable, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Original packaging and included components should be retained where applicable.

Certain beauty and personal care products may have hygiene-related return restrictions where permitted by law.

These restrictions do not remove rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with their advertised descriptions.

Customers must contact our support team and receive return instructions before sending products back.

8. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns based on personal preference or a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping expense.

Original outbound shipping fees are generally non-refundable for these requests unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution without additional cost.

Where a return is required because of such an issue, Avytrron will arrange or cover the necessary return shipping expenses.

No separate restocking fee will be charged.

9. Refunds and Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

The usual processing periods are:

  • Approved returns: 5–10 business days after the product is received and inspected;

  • Refunds not requiring a return: 5–10 business days after approval;

  • Confirmed pre-dispatch cancellations: 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display refunded amounts.

For preference-based returns, original outbound shipping fees are generally not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

When a full-order refund is approved because of a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, any original shipping fee paid will also be refunded.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate checkout and delivery information;

  • Selecting the appropriate shipping service;
